We hereby inform that we do not have Cancellation option once the order has been placed along with payment.

Exchange Policy

• While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email along with the Order details, Opening video showing the damage at thesoulfulbling@gmail.com or DM us at Instagram – @thesoulfulbling
• Also note that in case of exchange the customer has to bear the to and fro shipping charges
